Io dico solo woww! Eh sì signori perché? Semplice perché' in questo caffè c'è l'idea che ha cambiato il mondo del caffè, anzi per meglio dire che ha unito due mondi per la prima volta nella storia del caffè. Stiamo parlando dell'esperimento primo al mondo dove il nostro campione italiano Daniele Ricci in collaborazione con la farm "Las Flores", ha ideato e realizzato un nuovo metodo di lavorazione, ossia mettendo nel mosto delle nostre ciliegie di caffè dei lieviti del vino, esattamente della famosa cantine Monterossa della zona Franciacorta.

Se potessi berrei per tutta la vita un caffè di questo genere. Vi state chiedendo perché? Perché se dovessi descrivere il gusto dolce ad una persona neofita, le farei assaggiare questo caffè. A dir poco pazzesca la dolcezza, al limite della legalità, se non credi a noi non ti resta che provarlo ed assaggiarlo. Sono molto convinto che ripeterai l'ordine d'acquisto.

Ha una nota gustativa d'impatto iniziale di acidità che ricorda la mora e l'ananas. Evolve poi in una dolcezza impressionante di frutta matura, che denota la sensazione di ciliegia e guava matura tanto da poter confondere la nostra mente, con la percezione di essere difronte ad u…
