coffees we can compare on the same bag size

What is counted

Catalogue coffees sold in a standard 200 g to 350 g bag at a believable price. Every cohort comparison and every value badge is computed on this bag, so that a roaster selling kilos is not measured against a cohort built from 250 g bags.

What it does not mean

This is smaller than the number of coffees we can price, because some roasters sell no bag that size. Those coffees still carry a price per kilo; they are only left out of the comparisons.
