Per le nostre cialde utilizziamo le stesse composizioni delle nostre miscele in grani/macinate ma ne modifichiamo il grado di tostatura in modo da esaltarne maggiormente il profilo aromatico dato che le macchine a cialde lavorano a temperature e pressione diverse rispetto alle macchine espresso professionali.
LA COMPOSIZIONE
Miscela di caffè decaffeinato 50% arabica e 50% robusta, l’estrazione della caffeina (inferiore allo 0,10%) avviene con un procedimento complesso e naturale senza l’utilizzo di agenti chimici come il diclorometano.
IN TAZZA
In espresso presenta una crema color nocciola. Il gusto di questo caffè è vellutato con note di pan tostato e fava di cacao.
