Η φάρμα Monte Alegre βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Minais Gerais, της Βραζιλίας. Είναι μια παραδοσιακή φάρμα, από τις μεγαλύτερες της Βραζιλίας, η οποία παράγει καφέ από τον προηγούμενο αιώνα. Σήμερα διαχειριστής της είναι ο Jose Francisco Pereira και μετράμε με τη φάρμα αυτή, 20 χρόνια συνεργασίας. Η τοποθεσία φημισμένη για τα νερά της και τις λίμνες της. To σταθερό κλίμα της περιοχής είναι ιδανικό για την καλλιέργεια των καφεόδεντρων σε ένα πλούσιο έδαφος τερακότας. Λόγω του μεγέθους και της ποιότητας της φυτείας, η τροφοδοσία μας με καφέ γίνεται καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του χρόνου. Η ΜΟΚΚΑ προμήθεύεται τον καφέ μηνιαίως αμέσως μετά το dry-milling εξασφαλίζοντας τη φρεσκάδα του καφέ καθ΄όλη τη διάρκεια του χρόνου. Προσβλέπουμε στη σταθερότητα της γεύσης και της ποιότητας του. Το χαρμάνι μας του εσπρέσο,αποτελείται από καφέ της συγκεκριμένης φάρμας και είναι επεξεργασίας Natural, Pulp Natural και Fully Washed, ποικιλίας Mundo Novo, Catuai και Bourbon.
