La Macarena es uno de los proyectos más representativos de Wilton Benitez y una muestra de hasta dónde puede llegar un café descafeinado cuando se trabaja con el mismo nivel de exigencia que cualquier otro lote de alta gama.
Cultivado a 1.900 metros y procesado con precisión, este Red Bourbon pasa por múltiples etapas de selección y fermentación antes de ser descafeinado mediante el proceso natural de caña de azúcar, preservando la identidad y expresión del café.
En taza
Las notas florales de magnolia se combinan con la frescura de la sandía y la mandarina, mientras que los nibs de cacao aportan profundidad y estructura al conjunto.
