Mirazu leží v najvyššom bode preslávenej oblasti Tarrazú v Kostarike, kde sa zbierajú výhradne dozreté červené čerešne.
Prešla technikou red honey – dvojstupňovou fermentáciou, pri ktorej sa čerešne najprv sušia takmer do podoby hrozienok. Práve to jej dodáva zvýšenú sladkosť a vyváženú kyslinku pripomínajúcu biele víno.
Výnimočná Caturra z najvyššie položenej farmy v Tarrazú. Red honey spracovanie jej dáva sýtu sladkosť a vyváženú kyslinku bieleho vína. Karamel, hrozno a červený pomaranč v šálke.
